Who We Are
Surabhi Chatterjee
Surabhi Chatterjee is a South Asian American woman, and is a senior-level coach, and learning and workforce development consultant. She has over 20 years of experience working with leaders at all levels in non-profit and for-profit organizations in United States, Asia, and Europe. Surabhi has worked on cross foundational and cross cultural, strategic, learning, and mobility initiatives within Human Resources.

Surabhi is a multi-cultural and multilingual practitioner of Vertical Development and Emotional Intelligence, and wields deep expertise in most areas of the science of leadership development, such as self-awareness,
strengths based leadership, immunity to change, and other evidence and research based aspects of human learning and development. Surabhi holds a bachelor’s degree in intercultural education from Lesley University, and a masters in International Relations from Harvard University. She holds a graduate certificate in leadership coaching from Georgetown University and is a credentialed leadership coach at the PCC level with the International Coaching Federation.
Cathy Brea
Cathy is a certified Senior Human Resources Business Partner with over 20+ years of providing consultation, strategic partnership, and support to organizations. Cathy has served as Human Resources Manager for multiple organizations in this time. In her 20+ year career, Cathy held various roles in the Human Resources field in the areas of Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Generalist across different businesses in the private and non-profit sectors.
Cathy graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science in Management, concentration in Human Resources Management, and from Baruch College with a Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations. In 2023, Cathy earned a certification from American University’s ICF-accredited coach training program as an Executive Coach.
