Shaping the Future of Work

For more than two decades now, I have been an active participant of the professional workforce. And in these decades, the landscape of what we define as work, the way we think of working, and how we see the future of work have changed dramatically.
We have gone through global recessions, armed conflicts, massive disruptions in both physical and technological access to work. Where I started my professional journey with hard copies of forms and hand-written submissions, I now see professionals use AI for the same tasks.
It sounds like the journey of a lifetime, but these two decades have challenged us all to move beyond the lessons of the past, and think of the future in bigger, more creative ways. As a professional passionate about helping others grow in their careers, this has been an exciting journey. I am thrilled to be on the path of guiding other professionals now, to be a road paver, a shaper of those who will lead us in the future.
